Accuracy of detail: Images, photographs and colours are as close as computer images allow. For precise colour match or accuracy of detail please contact our staff before placing an order.

Products made using natural products such as real wood or quality leather carry the hallmarks you would expect from a natural product eg: the patina of wood and the pigmentation of leather, along with the natural makings which occur on both. With this in mind, all efforts are made to provide a uniform finish.

Prices: include VAT at the standard rate of 17.5% unless otherwise stated. Prices shown on the site are on-line prices only, and where shown, include delivery. We reserve the right to withdraw any item at any time, and the right to amend any price displayed in error.

Placing an order: Orders for waterbed products such as conditioners or repair kits, are mailed on completion of the transaction, usually the same day. If a delay is foreseen, you will be contacted by email.

Payment: The amount payable is the amount shown on the product displayed unless otherwise agreed and you can pay by cheque or credit/debit card. Personal details provided by you in relation to payment must be valid and correct and pertaining to you (the purchaser), at the time of purchase. When using a credit card/debit card, that card must belong to you, and there must be sufficient credit or funds available in the account to cover your transaction.

Protecting you: We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before accepting your order. This procedure is in place to protect you against someone else trying to access your account. We have valid reason for this because in 2004, we foiled an attempt by fraudsters in Birmingham, trying to purchase a bed using two copied credit cards. Neither cardholder knew that their cards had been copied and were being used. So, be very careful!

Paying by Credit/Debit card: All credit or debit cards transactions passing through our Internet shopping are encrypted using SSL Encryption Software, and are ‘decrypted’ after reaching our computer. If you prefer to complete your transaction over the telephone, please call us on 01935 829 777. Once your order has been accepted we will send you an email confirming the details including delivery.

Waterbed Specification: Each waterbed will be as described in the Product Specification, unless further contact before sale reveals otherwise. In the case of an out of stock item, made-to-measure or special orders, you will be kept informed of expected delivery date. At this stage you will be given the option of choosing an alternative item. Measurements supplied by the client must be correct as we do not accept liability for items made from incorrect measurements given by client.

Delivery: Delivery for associated products is by first class Royal Mail. Delivery and installation of a waterbed is by our trained and experienced fitters at a time and date agreed. Subsequent items purchased will be sent at the normal delivery rate for that product.

Installation details and delivery address will be shown on your invoice. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide parking and clear access to the delivery address. If parking or access is considered by our driver to be illegal, unsafe or obstructive to other people, then the driver will have to leave the site until you find a safe and suitable area for him to park and unload. We advise you to have parking arrangements in place for the day of delivery. If for any reason, the driver cannot complete an arranged installation through the fault of the purchasers then a delivery charge of £79 plus Vat, will be charged for a second installation date to be arranged.

All new products carry the product warranty as specified in the guarantee. If any of our staff are responsible for damage to any part of a consignment, then we reserve the right to repair, replace or restore the damaged part to its original state.

Rights to cancel: Subject to your statutory rights, products made especially for you eg: Special Orders or Made-to-Measure items cannot be refunded. You have a statutory right to cancel any standard sized bed or stock bed, up to seven days before delivery. To do so, we must receive written confirmation of your intention to cancel at least seven working days before the agreed delivery date. If the buyer fails to give seven clear days notice of intention then we reserve the right to charge £100 plus vat, for administrative restocking charge.

After Sales Service: Our service does not end when the sale is complete. We have a first class After Sales Service, and are always available to answer your questions. It pays to look after your bed and we will help you in any way we can, so if you need help or advice – please pick up the phone!

Guarantees: It pays to buy a waterbed with a good mattress. The yardstick to use when looking around is ‘the guarantee’. A good watermattress will have a five-year guarantee. All our waterbeds carry a five-year guarantee.

The warranty: covers manufacturers defects such as seams and valves and is subject to the proper care having been taken to keep the mattress in good condition. Taking care of your mattress is very easy, just follow the care instruction provided with all our beds. (No more lifting heavy mattresses).

Not covered by the Guarantee: Accidental damage or damage caused by neglect is not covered by the guarantee. Should you have a problem with damage of this sort and you don’t know what to do, then call us before you attempt a repair, whereby we will endeavour to advise you on the best way to repair or replace. Most punctures can be repaired to great effect and do not normally affect the life or comfort of the mattress. Standard call out charge within 20 mile radius of Yeovil is £50.00 plus vat (excluding any items purchased at that time) with extra mileage charged at cost.

The Law: In the event of any dispute, the Law of England and Wales will apply.
